No, you do not have to stop taking antihistamines, nasal sprays, or other allergy medication before your at-home Wyndly allergy test or Wyndly immunotherapy.

We expect you won't need any allergy medicine after you start immunotherapy, though!

We learn what you're allergic to with an easy at-home allergy test! Once you order the allergy test, here’s what you can expect: 

1. After one medical intake form, we mail you the finger-prick allergy test to collect a small blood-spot sample. 
2. Once delivered, you’ll follow our simple instructions to take the allergy test. It only takes 2-3 minutes!
3. Then, you’ll return your sample to our CLIA-certified lab in the prepaid envelope.

The number one side effect of sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) is significant allergy relief and reduced dependence on antihistamines and nasal sprays.

Sublingual immunotherapy is effective for 85% of patients. It requires placing a small amount of allergen extract under the tongue. People with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) or mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) are contraindicated for Wyndly treatment.
